Foster Irrigation is always looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team. Crew Lead/Lead Hand
We are looking for experienced and new installers that want to work year-round with great pay. Basic knowledge of irrigation, shovel, and machinery is preferred, but not required.
Crew Lead: $22-30/hour plus a provided vehicle and cell phone
Lead Hand: $19-22/hour
- The job involves machine operating, digging, trenching, laying out fittings, and gluing together pipes all throughout the Lower Mainland.
- No experience is necessary. We will provide extensive training.
- Steel-toed boots are required.
- We meet in Langley every morning or you can meet us onsite.
- Advancement to senior positions are available for the right individuals.
- Paid training for candidates wanting to move up and increase their skill levels.
Irrigation installers will be required to:
- Arrive on time with the appropriate PPE at the shop in Langley or on the jobsite.
- Keep records of their hours via time sheets.
- Maintain a clean and effective work environment.
- Be physically fit and punctual.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience to be Crew Lead.
Service Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced individual to help grow our client list and to help keep our clients happy.
$60-100K/year plus profit sharing and bonuses
- Office role (learn how to use a new program for job scheduling).
- Focus on getting new clients, sales, and service jobs.
- Run the day to day of our service technicians.
- Scheduling in work so that the owner/estimator can ensure that the work is completed.
- Responsible for generating clients and keeping them happy.
General minimum requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Preference given to applicants with irrigation experience.
- Computer literate.
- Serious inquiries only.
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
- Must be physically fit as some fieldwork may be required.
Foster irrigation offers full-time, permanent positions at industry standard wages, as well as profit sharing and bonuses*. We ensure that all of our employees comply with all safety protocols set by each General Contractor for COVID-19 and we require all employees to have a mask ready to be worn when staying 6 feet apart is not achievable and/or when requested to do so.
